City Lights uses the arts and humanities as a platform for amplifying young voices, promoting civic engagement, and increasing college access opportunities through school/university collaborations.

Since 2014, we have delivered free arts education programming to more than 7,000 students, ages 10-18, in Greater Boston.

PROGRAMS

Our writing programs connect high school students with undergraduate near peers, professional writers, and local artists, exploring themes of identity and community through various narrative forms.
