Interested in exploring storytelling with local writers, poets, and photographers?
We offer writing fellowships to local high school students participating in Narrative Crossings, our after-school, community-based writing program. Writing Fellows join an undergraduate course at Tufts University and engage in weekly, interactive writing workshops that examine writing as a form of self-exploration, community building, and civic engagement. Teams of fellows and college students work together to produce an original collection of personal essays, poetry, and photography to share with the broader community. Writing Fellows receive a stipend of $250 for their work.
The next program cycle begins in early February and ends in early May. Thursdays @ 3-4:15pm (9 sessions).
